About
When I took over the family farm in 2021 and shook off the dust of a cross country move and a huge unpack I soon realised there was way too much house for just my husband and I. So instead of filling the house with animals (much to my husband's relief) I decided to try to fill it with people who would like a country stay but still be close to major cities and attractions. We are located on one of the high points of the Oak Ridges Moraine and have excellent views of Lake Ontario. We are also just 10 minutes away from Port Perry and Brooklin and just 1 hour away from Toronto. Guests are welcomed to enjoy the year round hot tub and seasonal outdoor pool and to meet any of the farm animals if they wish. Breakfast is served continental style so no need to rush down for a certain time to eat - and allergy/food sensitivities are accommodated as best as possible. Depending on your stay, you may get to see me doing some field work with the machinery, or if you're an early riser you can follow me around for morning chores. Either way, I would love to host you in my home!

Unfortunately due to the age of the house and it's historic status I am unable to change the layout of the house to allow for each room having it's own bathroom. There is a shared bathroom with a lovely jacuzzi tub located by the bedrooms.
